Where did you get the windows 7 from? The PC may not be compatible with windows 7 - did you do a check before the upgrade? Whats the make and model of those hardware devices?

We maybe able to find some help here if you do not know the hardware then do the following in device manager right click on the device with a yellow! Properties Click on the Details Tab Under Property - drop down Select hardware ids Right click and select all. Then right click again and select copy. Copy and paste that here. The Hardware ID's. I couldnt check as my pc had corrupted while running xp, it continually looped to the physical memory dump screen, so I just did a fresh install of windows 7. I'm new to Microsoft TechNet and thought i might try it out to fix my problems that i am currently having with my Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P Desktop PC. Basically ive had this PC for a number of months and was working alright on Vista Ultimate but recently i decided to install a 500GB SATA II Hard Drive and install Windows XP Professional 32-Bit Operating System. Since installing Windows XP Professional ive had probelms with my Audio & SM Bus Controller Drivers and cannot find the correct drivers to install for this Hardware. In Control Panel/Sounds & Audio Devices it's showing as having 'No Audio Device Found' but in the Device Manager it's got a Yellow Question Mark next to Audio Device On High Definition Audio Bus and another Yellow Question Mark next to SM Bus Controller aswell.

Ive been on the Fujitsu Siemens website and gone on the support and driver download section but doesn't supply you with the Audio Drivers or SM Bus Controller Drivers either. This is abit of a problem as ive been searching the net for a matter of days and really need to get the sound devices working properley as i watch freeview tv through my pc but cant without sound. Also i have read through a few threads and metioned the Microsoft KB888111 Hotfix which has fixed this problem before so i downloaded the Hotfix and installed it but still has'nt solved my problems.
